our 3 tiered progressive training program! The personal trainers at GymClass cannot wait to help you get into stay motivated, move your body, and feel good about yourself.

Three training programs make up the road to Varsity for the ultimate challenge!

Varsity will build your base through strength, elevate your training through HIIT (high intensity interval training), and when it’s time to perform, you’ve earned your place in Varsity. This training program is progressive, so each week will build upon the last week’s work in order to build a solid foundation of fitness and help you achieve your goals. We’ve divided this functional fitness program into three tiers:

Here, we'll work on building your base with 4 classes per week for 4 weeks, focusing on strength building and aerobic cardio.

Here, we'll take your fitness training to the next level. for 4 weeks, we will focus on targeting individual muscle groups while lighting that fire with HIIT workouts.

In this part of your fitness training, there will be 5 classes a week for 4 weeks. We will integrate power, strength and endurance to bring your strongest self.

Note: Varsity is included with all GymClass Memberships. Must be a member to join Varsity.


Most fitness programs or challenges are just a series of workouts strung together over a period of time. Our training program has been carefully crafted to be built upon each class, each training session, so it’s super important that you show up to as many classes, if not all, as you can. We will be building a solid foundation of fitness that will yield results and allow you to move beyond once completed.

Varsity will include personal coaching from our expert trainers. We will help you set goals and a nutrition program that will support this type of progressive training. You will need to properly fuel your body to keep up with the demand of these challenging workouts.

Varsity programming is delivered to you via our online fitness platform. Each workout is planned for you, so all you have to do is show up. You don’t have to plan workouts or waste time doing so. Each workout session online has a particular goal and result in mind, so you don’t have to worry if you are wasting your time.


Since our whole body workouts are online, you can do them at whatever time works for you, whether that’s early in the morning, late at night, or while the baby is napping. You don’t have to worry about getting to class when class is at your door.
