Absolutely!   Requirements for Dial In is a strong mindset and will to complete the challenge.  All our classes have high and low intensity options to account for injury or decreased mobility and strength.  We’ve got you.  You just need to say YES.

Will you show me how to do it?

We are entirely involved in your journey from Day 1-30.  From an introductory Facebook LIVE to get you started and feeling confident, to multiple emails and prompts each week, we take the guesswork out to push you to success.
