This DUMBBELLS ONLY  program focusses on building muscular strength & cardiovascular resilience.  All you need is dumbbells and a heartbeat.  Prepare for 3 days of Strength Training and 1 CardioClass per week.  Gear up your results by getting 10,000 steps per day.  Your classes count towards your daily step goal!

You have the option of a 4 Week Program or 8 Week Program.
