Programming for Women

This DUMBBELLS ONLY  program focusses on building muscular strength & cardiovascular resilience.  As Britt says, “all you need is dumbbells and a heartbeat”.  Prepare for 3 days of strength training and 1 CardioClass per week.  You have the option of a 4 Week Program or 8 Week Program.
